Today Room 6 went to the sandpit. We are learning about taking turns, sharing and about including others in our activities. Ella and Xanthia dug a deep hole and measured how deep it was by comparing it with themselves. Pippa and Greer measured their castle. It was as tall as the spade but taller than the bucket. The boys had to fill many small buckets to fill their lake but they decided it was much quicker to use the hose down a ramp that went directly into the lake. Some children made castles using sticks as the edges. How many sticks did Che use??
We are a New Entrant class and our teacher is Mrs England. We are part of the Pohutukawa Hub.
