We have been learning how to use our I pods in our classroom. Luke has taken a photo, inserted it, written about what was happening and included a title. Well done Luke.
We are learning about author Julia Donaldson and are having lots of fun reading, writing and creating from her books. This is our lead up to book week in Week 10.

Noticing detail in shells

Shells

I  found  some  shells  to  play in time.

I  see  golden   at  the  bottom  of  the  shell.

On  the  shell I  notice  cracks.

I  see  bumpy  lines  and  a  black  cave.

I  wonder  if  it  used to  have sand  in  it?

Shells

I found some shells to play in time.
Zigzagging in a line all around the shell just like zebras.

On the shell I see silver all around it.

 All spotty like a cheetah.

Through our window...

the cows

I see a cow walking and nibbling the grass. In the paddock he's swinging  his tail . He's crashing in to other cows . Shaggy and wet.

His  big round eyes looking at other cows and they have tags through their ears.
They say " Don't come near me"

The cows

I see a cow walking and nibbling the grass. In the paddock i see cows swishing their tails. Cows are running and walking on the grass. Crashing against each over. Cows walking backwards and forwards. We were staring at the cows. They were shaggy and wet.
