The windy day

Yesterday it was windy. Me and Amaedia climbed up the tree and it was windy. The leaves were flying off the trees.

Anti Bullying Day

We wore something pink today to show that we don't like bullying. We had a happy day!

Great adding Room 13!!

For Buddy Time with Room 18 we showed them how fantastic we are at reading. We showed our buddies how we use our strategies when we come to a word that we don't know. They were pretty impressed.

Trip to the Redwoods

Room 13 had a great day in the Redwoods. We all walked a long way but we showed determination all the time. Great PARKVALE PRIDE Room 13.

Energy Bars YUM!!

We had Room 8 children come to our classroom to help us make our energy bars for our bush walk trip on Thursday. They are going to give us so much energy so that we make it up the hill.
Thank you Room 8 for helping us. You were very kind.

Measuring length

We have started learning about measuring lengths. Chaise estimated that the length of our classroom would be 7 children long. We tried it and he was right. We made long worms out of play doh. 

Who had the longest worms??

When we measured we had to have the same starting point.
